What's the cancellation policy?

Booking through Booksy - cancellations more than 24 hours before are free. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee given the length of appointments. Best to message us if anything changes.

Do you speak English?

Yes - most of the team speaks fluent English. Polish, French, and several African languages are also represented on the floor.

Can I bring my child?

Of course. The studio is child-friendly and we offer dedicated kids' haircuts and cornrows. Father–son and parent–child combo appointments are some of our favourites.

Hair Preparation

How should I prepare my hair before a braiding appointment?

Wash and deep-condition the night before - never the morning of. Don't apply oil or leave-in product on the day. Bring a snack and your headphones; longer installations run six to nine hours and you'll be in the chair the whole time.

Do I need to bring my own hair?

No - we stock professional-grade braiding hair in a full range of colours and textures. You're welcome to bring your own if you have a brand preference; let us know in advance so we can plan.

Can I buy your products in the studio?

Yes, we carry a curated selection of 11 product lines specifically chosen for Afro and textured hair.

What is the best way to maintain my locs at home?

We recommend using a light hydrating mist daily and keeping your locs covered with a silk or satin bonnet at night to prevent lint buildup.
